Dearest Dad, we miss you so much, but we also know you will never leave us, for you still live within our hearts!

Wish You Were Here....

Three years have passed
I’ll never forget the day
Someone rang to tell me
That you’d gone away

The hurt is the same
Like an open wound
There are days
I don’t utter a sound

Some days the pain is stronger
It makes me sick and weak
I can’t stand this much longer
I just sit here and weep

I’ve shut my private door
And let no one in
Locking myself in a box
They try, but I won’t give in

You were like a rock
Strong, faithful and true
What worth has my life
Now I don’t have you

I was your first born
Daddy’s little girl
I took my own path
But was still part of your world

I was not the best
Guilty of neglect
But you know daddy dearest
I had so much respect

I always loved you
My dad, my star
Now my pain is
To worship you from afar

I love you now
As I did back then
I just hope... one day
I will see you again

I am so proud of you
Brave and strong to the end
Now when asked “how are you?”

I see the countless Christmas trees, around the world below,
With tiny lights, like heaven's stars, reflecting on the snow.

This sight is so spectacular, please wipe away that tear,
For I am spending Christmas, with Jesus Christ this year.


I hear the many Christmas songs, that people hold so dear,
But the sound of music can't compare with the Christmas choir up here.

For I have no words to tell you, the joy their voices bring,
For it's beyond description to hear an angel sing.


I know how much you miss me, I see the pain inside your heart,
But I am not so far away, we are really not apart.

So be happy for me, dear ones, you know I hold you dear,
And be glad I'm spending Christmas, with Jesus Christ this year.


I send you each a special gift, from my heavenly home above,
I send you each a memory, of my undying love.

For after all "Love" is the gift, more precious than pure gold,
It was always most important, in the stories Jesus told.


So please love and help each other, as my Father said to do,
For I cannot count the blessings, or the love He has for you.

So have a Merry Christmas, and wipe away that tear,
For I am spending Christmas, with Jesus Christ this year.


I can't tell you of the splendor, or the peace here in this place,
Can you imagine Christmas, with our Savior, face to face?
I'll ask Him to lift your spirit, as I tell Him of your love,
So then pray for one another, as you lift your eyes above.

So please let your hearts be joyful, and let your spirits sing,
For I am spending Christmas in heaven, and I'm walking with the King!

 

Thinking of you always. Loving you still. Forever in my heart. Even though we are apart, You are still my husband, my one and only. My life! Love you and miss you each day. Christmas is sad without you, but I know you are in Heaven and very special to be there, as you were chosen to go home. Give my love to our family there with you.

Christmas is not the same since you had to leave us, but I wanted to send you this Angel to remind you how much you are missed and loved. It is also a reminder to us, that you, are an Angel above now rather then here on Earth. Please continue to watch over us, and take care of the critters for me until I come there one day. Love you so much.

Dear God,

Hello dad!I'm just writing you this letter to let you know that you are the greatest dad in this whole wide world.You may be gone visually,but will always be alive in my heart.In my heart you will always remain with me.I remember all the good times we had together while I was growing up.You always put a smile on my face.You always showed me a good time and always took me places and never complained about spending money or how long we stayed out.When Brittney was born you were so happy to be a grandpon,and walked around wheeling her in her stroller so proud with a big smile on your handsome face.Boy did you make a GREAT granpon to her.She'll never forget you and thinks and talks about you constantly.Boolah Boolah were your words to her,and the little songs you sung to her she will never forget.I love you my precious daddy.I miss you soooo much.Please give my love to grandma Elna,grandma Ivy,Pop pop and Paul.Tell them all I love them and miss them and they will remain as much as you in my heart forever.I will keep praying for you daddy and hope you are having fun with all the other angels and also make sure you keep Frisky and Heidi by your side all the time to guide you to safety always.You are all together now and you are even with your grandson Richard Joseph,who never even got to enjoy his life,but is in a better place too.Keep him close to you too and tell him that mommy and his sister Brittney love him forever.I love you always and forever my angel,my dad in the sky.

A BIRTHDAY WISH
I know this day belongs to you
For upon this day you were born
But being apart on your special day
Leaves my heart shattered and torn

I wanted to give you a special gift
One that would surely last
Something to put a song in my heart
And dry away the tears

I thought perhaps balloons or flowers
To put upon your grave
But I knew that eventually
They would just wither away

I thought about it long and hard
What gift would surely last
Something that you've never had
On your birthday in the past

I realized that such a gift
Couldn't come close to compare
To the grand celebration
That you must be having up there

So I'm sending you a birthday wish
From the bottom of my heart
To give me strength and courage
Everyday that we're apart

I know you're happy in heaven
With no sorrow, tears or pain
But sometimes I'm so lonesome
My tears fall like rain

So on your special day
My wish I send to you
Is someday I'll be with you
When my chores on earth are thru

And as I tarry on thru the years
Hold my wish close to your heart
For God will come and take me home
As long as I do my part

For now I must travel thru life alone
For He isn't ready for me yet

I SAID A PRAYER FOR YOU TODAY

I said a prayer for you today
And know God must have heard.
I felt the answer in my heart
Although He spoke not a word.
I didn't ask for wealth or fame
I knew you wouldn't mind.
I asked for priceless treasure rare
Of a more lasting kind.
I prayed that He'd be near you
At the start of each new day
To grant you health and blessings fair,
And friends to share your way.
I asked for happiness for you
In all things great and small
But that you'd know his loving care
I prayed the most of all.

You are in your car driving home. Thoughts wander to
the game you want to see or meal you want to eat, when
suddenly a sound unlike any you've ever heard fills the air.
The sound is high above you.
A trumpet?
A choir?
A choir of trumpets?
You don't know, but you want to know.

So you pull over, get out of your car, and look up. As
you do, you see you aren't the only curious one. The
roadside has become a parking lot. Car doors are open,
and people are staring at the sky. Shoppers are racing
out of the grocery store.

 The Little League baseball game across the street has
come to a halt. Players and parents are searching the
clouds. And what they see, and what you see, has never
before been seen.

As if the sky were a curtain, the drapes of the
atmosphere part. A brilliant light spills onto the
earth. There are no shadows. None. From whence came
the light begins to tumble a river of color spiking
crystals of every hue ever seen and a million more
never seen. Riding on the flow is an endless fleet of
angels. They pass through the curtains one myriad at a
time, until they occupy every square inch of the sky.

North.
South.
East.
West.

Thousands of silvery wings rise and fall in unison,
and over the sound of the trumpets, you can hear the
cherubim and seraphim chanting, Holy, holy, holy.
The final flank of angels is followed by twenty-four silver- bearded
elders and a multitude of souls who join the angels in worship.

Presently the movement stops and the trumpets are
silent, leaving only the triumphant triplet: Holy,
holy, holy. Between each word is a pause. With each
word, a profound reverence. You hear your voice join
in the chorus. You don't know why you say the words,
but you know you must.

Suddenly, the heavens are quiet. All is quiet.


The angels turn, you turn, the entire world turns and
there He is.

Jesus.

Through waves of light you see the silhouetted figure
of Christ the King.

  He is atop a great stallion, and the stallion is atop
a billowing cloud.

  He opens his mouth, and you are surrounded by his
declaration:

  I am the Alpha and the Omega.

The angels bow their heads.
The elders remove their crowns.
And before you is a Figure so consuming that you know,
instantly you know:
Nothing else matters.
Forget stock markets and school reports.
Sales meetings and football games.
Nothing is newsworthy.
All that mattered, matters no more....
for Christ has come. ..

This morning when the Lord opened a window to Heaven, he saw me, and he
asked:

My child, what is your greatest wish for today?

I responded:
"Lord please; take care of the person who is reading this message,
their family and their special friends. They deserve it and I love them very
much"
